Obesity is unfortunately a widely spread disease, it is the extreme excess of bodyweight. The first and most important thing to consider is to talk with a nutrition specialist or your physician. He/She can give you advice and together you can build up an eating schedule and an exercise plan especially for you.

Eat normal, reasonable, moderate amounts of healthy foods, and the most important thing you need to exercise. Start with a few minutes of exercise, and extend the time until you can do 30-60 minutes a day, 3-5 days a week.
